Advanced Equipment

We have an advanced mold manufacturing equipment, which can make high precise mold structure and high precise product dimension.

We adopt a new type of filling vulcanization machine. Compared with the traditional injection method, this production method can improve the quality problems of foaming, uneven vulcanization, ugly appearance damage, cracking, whitening and so on.

Good Raw Materials

The raw material we used are a high quality silicone rubber raw material, which produced by Xinhua, Mitsui, Dow Corning, Vietnam 3L, Lanzhou Petrochemical and other famous brands.

Unidentified raw materials are not recommend, so that it can be ensure environmental protection and safety of products, which is in line with RoHs, Reach, FDA requirements too.

We have large-scale and advanced refining equipment. Our material engineers will formulate material separately according to different product requirements.
